The Scales Nutrition and Wellness Center is located at 2011 Church Street, Suite 602, in Plaza One of the Baptist Medical Plaza, Nashville, Tennessee. Specializing in the assessment and management of eating disorders, the center is directed by Dr. Tom Scales. Licensed therapist Tiffany Phillips.

A native of Nashville, Dr. Tom Scales received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Wheaton College in Illinois and his medical degree from the University of Tennessee, Memphis. Upon graduation from medical school, he spent five years in specialty training at Rush Presbyterian St. Luke's Medical Center in Chicago. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and Psychiatry.

Tiffany Phillips is a licensed Marital and Family Therapist in the states of Tennessee and Arizona. She received her B.A. in Child Development and Psychology from San Jose State University in 1995, and earned her M.A. in Counseling Psychology-Marriage and Family Therapy from Santa Clara University in 1998. Prior to moving to Nashville, Tiffany worked both as a Primary Therapist and Family Therapist at Remuda Ranch Treatment Center in Wickenburg, Arizona.

Jim Schettler is a licensed marriange and family therapist who received his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Lubbock Christian University and a masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from Abilene Christian University. Prior to working with Scales Nutrition and Wellness Center he worked at Remuda Ranch Treatment Center for nine years as Primary Therapist and Family Therapist.

Eileen Stellefson Myers, MPH, RD, LDN,FADA, received her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from Pennsylvania State University and her Masters in Public Health from the University of North Carolina. She is a fellow of the American Dietetic Association. A registered dietitian for over 25 years, Eileen has worked extensively in the fields of eating disorders and weight management. She has presented topics on eating disorders to a number of audiences, including members of the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals, and has written a counseling manual entitled "Winning the War Within: Nutrition Therapy for Clients with Eating Disorders" that is currently in its second edition. Prior to coming to Nashville, Eileen served at Bon Secours-St. Francis Hospital in Charleston, SC, and taught at the Medical University of South Carolina.
